Service refers to the Raw & Well™ web application accessible from this website.

Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

3. Disclaimer of Liability & Educational Purpose

The information, meal plans, and calculations provided by the Service are strictly for informational, educational, and mathematical planning purposes only. The Service is a software calculation tool that applies published mathematical formulas (NRC 2006 standards) to user inputs.

Not a Medical Device or Professional Service: The Service is NOT a medical device, nor does it constitute the practice of veterinary medicine, animal nutrition counseling, or professional animal care. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any animal disease, illness, or medical condition.

No Professional-Client Relationship: Your use of the Service does not create a professional-client relationship between you and the Company, nor between you and any third-party professionals.

Veterinary Consultation Required: Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian or other qualified animal health provider with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health, diet, or medical condition. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have calculated, generated, or read on this Service. Reliance on any information or calculations provided by this Service is solely at your own risk. The Company assumes no liability for the health outcomes of pets fed according to the Service's calculations.

4. User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Plans and pricing: The Service offers two subscription tiers. Basic is $4.99 per month or $29 per year. Pro is $9.99 per month or $59 per year. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change on renewal with prior notice. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers; if You do not cancel before the trial ends, Your chosen plan begins and the applicable fee is charged.

Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store Your full card details. By subscribing You authorise Us, via Stripe, to charge the recurring fee for Your selected plan and billing cycle.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until cancelled. We will attempt to notify You before an annual renewal.

How to cancel: You may cancel at any time from Your account’s billing portal or by emailing support@rawandwell.online. Cancellation stops future renewals; You retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): If You are a UK consumer, You normally have the right to cancel a purchase of digital services within 14 days. Because the Service provides immediate digital access, by starting a paid subscription (or a free trial that converts to a paid plan) You expressly request that We begin supplying the service during the cancellation period and acknowledge that You lose the automatic right to a refund once the service has been fully supplied. This does not affect refunds We choose to give under our Refund Policy or Your other statutory rights.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict of law rules. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that if You are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland You may also bring proceedings in Your local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects Your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
